there is nothing good or even moderetly acceptable about this swiss chalet location. We have waited over an hour for our food and after asking the waitress whats is going on with our orderer, all we got from her was that your food will be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes the manager came and told us that they just started to prepare our meal. After such a long wait i couldnt take it anymore of this neglagence so we got up and left.... Overall opinion of this place 0/10. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. I wouldnt recomend this place to my worst enemy, and thats putting it litely. My advice to everyeone is to never set foot in that place due to the lack of customer service and lousy attitude of the staff.
